The Cove at Oaklands Rezoning Request Withdrawn from the June 15 City Council Agenda

The rezoning request for The Cove at Oaklands PRD has been withdrawn from the June 15 City Council agenda per the applicant.  They are withdrawing in order to devote more study to wetlands issues on the subject property.

They are seeking to rezone the property from the current General Office-Residential (OG-R) District to Planned Residential Development (PRD) District.
