LaVergne to Receive $500,000 Home Repair Grant
This Thursday, the Tennessee Housing Development Agency presented a $500,000 HOME grant to LaVergne Mayor Dennis Waldron. Senator Bill Ketron and Rep. Mike Sparks were on hand to help THDA present Mayor Dennis Waldron with a ceremonial check. The City will use the funding to make repairs for local homeowners who cannot afford to bring their homes up to code.
