2021 Rocket 5k and Rocket RuckIt Challenge
Please join the Rockvale Masonic Lodge #413 and the Rockvale Ruritan Club for a fun 5k run/walk down Rockvale Road in the beautiful historic scenic community of Rockvale to help support the new Rockvale High School Rockets!!! Funds raised from this event go to support the Rockvale High School Rockets Athletic Department and the JROTC program.
The Rocket RuckIt Challenge with the Tennessee Army National Guard will be a challenge for time to complete the 5K while also carrying a “ruck” or backpack that is weighted. Competitors under 150lbs will carry a 20lb weight. Competitors over 150lbs will carry a 30lb weight. Competitors are required to bring their own pack and weight which will be weighed at registration/check-in on race day.
