Rutherford County Welcomes Thousands of Athletes and Visitors for the 2026 US Youth Soccer National Championships
The Rutherford County Convention & Visitors Bureau is proud to welcome the 2026 US Youth Soccer National Championships – Girls, widely recognized as the “Crown Jewel of Youth Soccer” and one of the nation's premier youth sporting events, to Murfreesboro and Smyrna this week.
Happening now through July 23rd, the nation's top girls' youth soccer teams in the 13U–19U age divisions will compete for national championships after advancing through highly competitive state and regional tournaments. Championship matches will be played at the Richard Siegel Soccer Complex in Murfreesboro and Rotary Soccer Park in Smyrna, bringing together elite athletes, coaches and families from across the United States.
More than 300 teams, approximately 7,000 players, and more than 10,000 spectators are expected to visit Rutherford County during the tournament, generating a significant economic impact for the community through hotel stays, dining, shopping and visits to local attractions.

Presented by New York Life, the US Youth Soccer National Championships represent the culmination of the nation's oldest and most prestigious youth soccer championship series.
