The Murfreesboro Athletic Club is Coming Back!
Big changes are comicang to Avalon Gym on Memorial Boulevard in Murfreesboro. The gym is transitioning back to a familiar name that longtime locals will remember: Murfreesboro Athletic Club, or MAC 2.0.
Under new ownership, the gym is already undergoing upgrades, with even more on the way. Plans include new flooring throughout the gym, a redesigned interior, a new MAC logo, expanded wellness and recovery services, and the return of childcare.
The wellness and recovery offerings include cryotherapy, red light therapy, compression therapy, physical therapy, IV infusions, and more.
For those who remember the original Murfreesboro Athletic Club, this one may bring back some memories. Avalon Gym is becoming MAC 2.0, and there are still additional changes coming that haven't been announced yet.
