BOLO: Quick Change Scam at Party City
Detectives are seeking the identities of two men who pulled a ‘Quick Change’ scam on a clerk at Party City on Old Fort Pkwy. on April 14. The men purchased several gift cards and during the exchange of money, only gave the clerk $300 for $1,000 worth of cards. Contact Det. David Miller at 629-201-5662 with any helpful tips.
