Christine “Nunna” Minor obituary
Christine “Nunna” Minor, age 81 of Murfreesboro, TN, passed away Wednesday January 16, 2019. A native of Rutherford County, she was the daughter of the late Jim and Bessie Goins Warrick. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Massey Minor who died in January 2000, a granddaughter, Christy Minor, brothers, J. T. and John Warrick and sisters, Joyce Armstrong, Dorothy Warrick, and Marcia Lee Boyd.
Mrs. Minor is survived by her son, Rue Minor; daughter, Tina Minor; grandchildren, Jonathan Minor and his wife Megan, Nicholas Minor, Rebekah Gunter and her husband Chris all of Murfreesboro, TN, and Tyler Rohrbaugh and his wife Ashleigh of Knoxville, TN; great-grandchildren, Connor Minor, Stella and Elin Gunter, and Jonathan Minor, Jr.; sister, Mary Tyree of Murfreesboro, TN; special sister, Betty Hoover, and son-in-law Brian Rohrbaugh of Murfreesboro.
Visitation will be from 12:00 noon to 2:30 PM Friday at Woodfin Memorial Chapel. Funeral service will follow the visitation at 2:30 PM Friday. Brother Paul Norwood and Dr. Dean Sisk will officiate. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery with Tyler Rohrbaugh, Chris Gunter, Jonathan and Nicholas Minor, Blake Gandy, Whitley and Jeremy Armstrong serving as pallbearers.
Mrs. Minor was a member of Walter Hill Church of Christ and a retired receptionist at Sunnington Assisted Living.
