Cinco De Mayo Sobriety Check Point
Think twice before drinking and driving this Cinco de Mayo. La Vergne officers will be out in full force looking for impaired drivers. Officers will be also conducting field sobriety tests at checkpoints on Saturday May 5th.
One checkpoint will be set up on Murfreesboro Road in the westbound lanes near Dick Buchanan Street. The second will be on Murfreesboro Road in the eastbound near the 5500 block.
Those celebrating Cinco de Mayo are strongly urged to not drink and drive.
