CTE Mobile Learning Lab Ribbon Cutting and Open House

Congratulations to the CTE Mobile Learning Lab for their ribbon cutting celebration and open house on Wednesday, October 22nd at 2pm.

A new initiative has just launched in Murfreesboro: the Rutherford County Schools’ cutting-edge “CTE Mobile Learning Lab” is now on the move, bringing career and technical education (CTE) directly to students across the district. The mobile unit, unveiled on October 22, 2025 at a ribbon cutting event, serves as a flexible, fully outfitted classroom on wheels, enabling middle and high school learners to explore hands-on STEM, trade and vocational skills in neighborhoods and schools conveniently. By removing transportation and scheduling barriers, the lab offers an innovative way for students to engage with modern technology and real-world workmanship right where they are, helping to build both confidence and capability in pathways toward future careers.
