David Ward obituary

Mr. David Ward, age 70, of Smyrna, TN passed away Saturday, June 9, 2018. He was born in Boone, IA to the late Charles Arthur and Ferne Claryne Barclay Ward. Mr. Ward was a retired engineer from Decatur Plastics. He enjoyed cars and watching racing. Mr. Ward vacationed at Gulf Shores whenever he had the chance. He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force.

Mr. Ward is survived by his daughter, Sarah Jenkins and her husband Steven; grandchildren, Carson, Connor, and Cooper; dear friend, B.J. Life all of Smyrna; sister, Melodee Smith of Dallas, TX; and nephew, Chad. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a grandson, Braden Jenkins.

A Celebration of Life will take place at a later date.
