Discovery School Applications Open December 1
Discovery School at Bellwood will be accepting applications for the 2024-25 school year on December 1st through January 31st. Three school informational meetings and open houses are scheduled for Wednesday, November 29, Tuesday, December 12 and Thursday, January 11 at 6:00 pm. for prospective families interested in learning more about the admission process. Open house will begin with an opportunity to explore the school, with the informational meeting beginning promptly at 6:30 p.m. each evening.
Applications will open on December 1 and can be completed online for students in all grade levels, Kindergarten- 6th. Sixty seats are available for incoming kindergarten students with other grade levels based on openings. All children must be five years of age by August 15, 2024, to apply to kindergarten.
“We are excited to welcome new families to Discovery School,” says Dr. Caitlin Bullard, Principal. “These open meetings allow parents to gather information about Discovery School and help determine if our school is the right educational choice for their child.”
Discovery School, founded in 2005, is an academically accelerated school for high-achieving and gifted children who reside in Murfreesboro city limits. Discovery is a Tennessee Designated STEM School.
