Donald Hazlett Obituary

Donald A. Hazlett, age 83 of Smyrna, TN, passed away Friday, December 22, 2023. A native of Shelbyville, TN, he was the son of the late Jack and Janie Flippo Hazlett. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Christine Hazlett and a brother, Jerry Hazlett.

Mr. Hazlett is survived by his nieces, Valerie Blanks of Smyrna, TN, Julie Eidson of Eagleville, TN, and Jessica Nesbitt of Smyrna, TN; nephews Jacob Eidson of Murfreesboro, TN and Jeremy Crouch of Smyrna, TN.

Mr. Hazlett was a US Air Force veteran and a retired Television Technician.
