2018 New Year’s Day 5k

Start your new year off on the right foot! This familiy-friendly 5k takes place at Barfield Crescent Park and is part of the mayor’s Better Boro Project initiative. The race will be electronically timed, and every finisher will receive a medal. There are awards for overall winners as well as age group winners in the male and female categories.

FEES
PRE-REGISTRATION: $25 per person through 12/27/17
$25 per person at Packet Pickup on 12/29/17
$30 per person on Race Day

PACKET PICKUP
You will receive your race bib number with safety pins and your souvenir t-shirt, if you ordered one. Come on Friday to avoid the lines on race day! You may send a friend or relative to pick up your packet; they must have a note or text from you giving them permission.

SOUVENIR T-SHIRT
You have the option to order a souvenir long-sleeve t-shirt when you register. Shirt sizes will be guaranteed through December 10, 2017. If there are shirts remaining after the race, you may swap your shirt for a different size, if available. Due to the popularity of last year’s shirt, we highly recommend you order yours early!
Shirts may be swapped for a different size (if available). After 11:00 a.m. on race day, any shirts not picked up by pre-registered runners will be available for swapping or purchase.
