The event opens on Friday morning at 9 a.m. Interested groups and the public are invited to attend the classes, workshops and vendors for this year’s garden and yard projects. The morning hours close at 2 p.m. to reopen Friday night from 5-8 p.m. Entertainment and Spring Hat Parade will occur on Friday night
