Cooking for Myself ~ A Prep Course for Teens

This is a course for teens (14-18 years old) who are beginning to think about college and all of the kitchen skills they need as they become more independent. In this three hour hands-on cooking class, teens will learn basic skills and fun food options to help them in the quest to feel more grown up & independent. Students will leave with greater appreciation for the world of food and a better grasp on meal planning, budget cooking and making use of what they already have in their fridge & pantry. As always, fun & creativity are encouraged.
