Dim Sum and Then Some – The Art of Chinese Appetizers

Dim Sum means “”a little touch of the heart”” and consists of a variety of dumplings, steamed dishes and chilled desserts.
In this fun hands-on class, we will fry bite-sized pastries, and fill and fold dumplings, and more, as you learn to prepare a variety of centuries-old favorites with easy to find ingredients. Soon you’ll be hosting your own Dim Sum gathering at home, sure to impress family and friends.
We’ll sit down and enjoy everything at the end of class…. or nibble as we cook while drinking Plum Wine Spritzers!! What a great way to spend the afternoon….
