EVENT DELIVERY & SET-UP SPECIALIST
TN Event Specialist is seeking Event Delivery & Set-Up Specialist to help transport, setup, and run the operations of event rental equipment for fun, corporate and community events held throughout middle Tennessee!
TN Event Specialist is a Murfreesboro, Tennessee based company that provides event rentals and services (e.g. inflatables, concessions, carnival games, etc). From events held in middle Tennessee neighborhoods, to large corporations and sports arenas, TN Event Specialist provides an ever-changing atmosphere that is packed with fun. Available seasonal and non-seasonal positions, often with the opportunity for overtime. Hours vary and depend on event schedules – weekend availability is a must.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
-Loading the van and delivery trucks and driving to event sites
-Assembling equipment (e.g. inflatables, concessions, games, etc) at various job sites
-Providing onsite supervision at events as games attendants, concession operations, inflatable equipment supervisors, etc
-Breaking down and loading the trucks at the end of the event
-Returning to the warehouse to unload and/or re-load in preparation for the next day.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
-Valid driver’s license, personal transportation, and a clean driving record
-Responsibility to maintain a clean work environment and return all company equipment daily
-Comfort and ability to safely drive vans and small box trucks
-Flexibility to work long, varied hours, including evenings and weekends
-Incredibly positive attitude and ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients
-Ability to lift 50+lbs
-Experience working in teams
