Are you Veg Curious??? Maybe you’ve heard about the health advantages of a plant based diet and want to start adding more meatless meals to your diet. Maybe you have seen one of the recent documentaries which discuss the health and environmental advantages of a vegan diet and want to learn more. Or maybe you just want to expand your knowledge of alternative cuisines. Whatever the reason, our class series is for you! We cut through the fad diet and misinformation to provide you with evidence based facts about the best foods for high energy, disease prevention, and weight control. Our classes include nutritional information, cooking demonstrations, recipes, and tasty samples of delicious food- all presented in a positive and motivating environment.
