Kids Yoga at Hop Springs

This yoga class is designed for yogis ages three and up to have a chance to unplug and unwind! With energy burning games, focusing activities, songs, stories, and simple yoga flows, children will exercise their bodies and mind while learning about the connection between their breath, body, and mind in a fun-filled environment created specifically for kids. Each weekly class will bring new fun, new adventures, and new challenges as the kids learn new yoga poses including partner poses and inversions!
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early, if possible.
Please bring your own mat if you can, although we always have extras to borrow.
Registration is not required but encouraged.
