PAWS Set To Host PAWMICON
Grab your cape or #ComicCon best and join in for the first annual, “PAWMICON”! If you like to dress up, love dogs in costumes or just pets in general- you don’t want to miss this!
THE EVENT WILL INCLUDE: a few activities for the kids (adults you can enjoy too), dog costume contest for the public (begins at 11 a.m.), courtesy goodie bags/give-a-ways, drawing & more!
Dog costume contest begins at 11 a.m.- 1st-3rd place winners will be crowned, with prizes from @gametrader & more!
You may also take advantage of the “PAWMICON” adoption special including, dog adoption fees ranging from $1-$5, adult cat (ages 1 year+) adoption fees waived & kitten adoption fees ‘Name-your-own-price’! This adoption special runs July 18-21!
ADOPTION INFO: All available, adoptable pets are already spayed or neutered and up-to-date on their vaccinations.
Make sure to prepare for your dogs that are already in the home to come in to do a ‘meet-and-greet’ with other potential dogs you may want to adopt, in addition to bringing proof of current rabies vaccination for all dogs and cats you own. It is also helpful to bring in info about your rental/apartment’s pet policy.

PAWS is open Monday-Friday, 12-6 p.m., Saturday, 10 a.m.-3 p.m.
& Sundays 12-4 p.m. *Adoption apps are FINALIZED by 30 minutes prior to closing time.*
