Sandbox: Tween and Teen Creative Club
September 9 @ 3:30 pm - 5:30 pm
Free
Sandbox is deliberately unstructured, and that is its strength. Young creatives aged 10 to 17 bring whatever they are working on — journals, sketchbooks, devices, Kandi supplies, anything — and get two hours to work on it near other people doing the same.
For a kid whose creative work is currently a solitary bedroom activity, sitting in a room with other people who take it seriously is the whole value.
When: Wednesday, September 9, 2026, 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Ages: 10 to 17
Cost: Free.
One thing to check before you drive over: library renovations are underway, so confirm the room and location with the library on the day.
