It’s an astounding science fiction double feature. On October 14, come see The Rocky Horror Picture Show at Center for the Arts and get a head start on building your own genetic experiment pre-show with a DNA extraction lab presented by Discovery Center.

On October 14 (this day only), the Discovery Center will provide entertainment between shows with an onsite DNA extraction lab, where show patrons can extract and view their own DNA, as a part of the upcoming Tennessee STEAM Festival.
In honor of its 30th anniversary, Discovery Center at Murfree Spring has launched the first of its kind, state-wide celebration of all things STEAM (science, technology, engineering, the arts, and math). The STEAM Festival takes place October 12 -22. Over 70 businesses, museums, universities and other entities, are hosting STEAM activities.
