Tailgate Brewery Tap Takeover

Tailgate Brewery started in 2014 with a 3 barrel system and have moved to 50 barrel in just three short years. They have 30 of their own house brews. They focus on the philosophy of “beer first” which means that no matter how experimental the beers are they have to have the flavor to back it up. They try to use as many local ingredients as possible and they work with local farmers to make sure that nothing goes to waste. They specialize in small batch, seasonally appropriate craft beer.

We will have 4 of their unique brews available to sample along with FREE swag while supplies last. That Roller Coaster Thing IPA is a Double/Imperial IPA with 8.9 ABV and a whopping 85 IBUs. This is full flavored with a complexed that takes your taste buds on a roller coaster ride. The Tailgate Fest is their idea of an Oktoberfest. It is an amber colored and refreshingly malty. With a 5.2 ABV it can be enjoyed all night while hangout around a fire on a cool fall day. The Citrus Sour is just that. It is a citrus forward sour with a lite ABV of 3.7.

We are also getting a One-Off Keg. It is a dry hopped saison. We don’t know much else about the beer. This is the first time that they have created this beer but you know that it will be a flavorful beer cause of their philosophy of “beer first”.
