First brewery ever to age beer in Spider Monkey Barrels! The Silky Monkey Stout is a limited release with only 40 pints to offer. Spider Monkey Spirits is an All- Natural Agave Spirit infused with Serrano Peppers and Ginger. The spirit is then aged for 2 months in the Rye Whiskey Barrel and then the Silk Mill Stout called that barrel home for 3 months.. so finally we get to introduce to you…The Silky Monkey! The silkiness in this stout expresses distinct notes of coffee, chocolate, Serrano pepper and a slight sweetness from the ginger! This 8.6% stout be coming at you like a spider monkey on crack!! Tapping begins at 6p sharp! Monkey bombs will be available upon request!
