Travel back in time with TN Assoc of Vintage Base Ball for Civil War era base ball utilizing the rules, customs and sportsmanship of 1864 base ball. August 11, 2019, there will be a double header at Oakland’s Mansion. Games are scheduled for noon & 2:00pm. Murfreesboro based team, Stones River Scouts will play the Cumberland Vintage Base Ball Club of Nashville in game 1. The second game will be the Highland Rim Distillers be the Quicksteps Vintage Base Ball Club of Spring Hill.
Come me see how base ball was played during the Civil War.
