Veterans Day Parade: Salute to the Women Veterans

Who doesn’t love a parade?
Please join us for the Veterans Day Parade at the Alvin C. York Campus. This is a fun,family friendly event and a great opportunity to visit with patient Veterans.
The parade theme this year is Salute to the Women Veterans of our Armed Forces.
Entertainment begins at 10:00 a.m. and the parade kicks off at 11:00 a.m.
Interested in entering a float? The entry categories are hospital, musical groups/bands, service and fraternal organizations, youth, patriotic, commercial/clubs, marching units, motorcycle units, floats, or equestrian. A Grand Marshal Trophy will be awarded that best fits the parade theme. If you would like to enter a float, please contact Brandi.Majerus@va.gov or (615) 906-0207 by October 25, 2019
