Calling all young ninjas in Murfreesboro, TN and Middle Tennessee! Join us during Winter Break for NINJA CAMP – 12/26-12/28 and 1/2-1/4. FORTIFIED WARRIOR NINJA Camps are modeled after obstacles and skills shown in the popular show American Ninja Warrior at an age appropriate level.
We will incorporate challenges and activities to develop strength, agility, endurance, stability and balance. We will also talk about how important strategy and teamwork is when overcoming obstacles in the gym and in life. We will learn what it means to be “Warrior-Ready”! We encourage kids to try, try and try again, start where there are and learn to explore their potential and progress at their personal level and encourage others in the same way!
It’s going to be a blast!
