Fountains at Gateway Rezone the Campus to a Planned Unit Development

Groundbreaking for Fountains Phase Two and Atrium at Fountains Now Set for Spring 2024

“Site prep for Fountains at Gateway Phase Two will be delayed until the first quarter of 2024 while we work with the City of Murfreesboro to change the zoning classification of the Fountains campus to a Planned Use Development – a change that will add flexibility as we grow,” said Scott Graby, Fountains at Gateway developer. “We chose to make this shift now and experience a brief delay in the winter, with plans to break ground in early spring.”

During this pause, Graby and his team are completing the showroom for Atrium at Fountains. “We are finalizing the finishes, fixtures, color palettes, lighting and tech packages as well as creating virtual tours of each condominium plan to share with prospective buyers. The sales center will open early next year and offer people the opportunity to experience the look and feel of Atrium at Fountain interiors,” said Graby.

Atrium at Fountains is a luxury condominium community located on floors three, four and five of the upcoming Two Fountains Plaza. Residences will surround a temperature-controlled atrium under a glass roof 50 feet above floor level. The atrium, exclusive to residents and their guests, features a 30-foot-high waterfall and pathways meandering through a tropical garden.

Hearthstone Properties’ development team for Two Fountains Plaza includes Tyler Thayer, principal architect at Paradym Studio; Dan Broadbeck, general contractor with Compass Partners; Wilson Girgenti, MPE engineers; Ragan Smith, site and landscape contractor; Greenrise Technologies, atrium consultant; Michael Glaser, Nashville Modern Cabinetry; and Zach and Taylor Griest, Zach Taylor Real Estate.
