Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting for Doors of Hope

Doors of Hope is delighted to announce the ribbon cutting ceremony on August 2, 2022, at 11am, for the grand opening of their new residential substance use treatment center at 421 East Bell Street.

This facility will be exclusively for women who are in desperate need of recovery services but cannot afford treatment and do not have insurance. The facility will be staffed 24 hours per day with trained medical and recovery personnel. A learning center will allow clients to participate in a variety of classes daily, both in-person and online. After finishing treatment, clients will be encouraged to transition to Doors of Hope’s long term recovery program.

“Substance Use Disorder does not discriminate. The disease does not care about gender, race, or socioeconomic status. Doors of Hope is proud to serve our most vulnerable populations to empower them to become the healthiest version of themselves that they can be,” said Jackie Miller, Doors of Hope Executive Director.

We are proud to partner with the following agencies to assist with this new endeavor: Siemens, Nourish Food Bank, Volunteer Behavioral Health, The Next Door, Ascension St. Louise Clinic and CJ’s Step 2 catering.

Following the ribbon cutting, attendees will have the opportunity to view the new treatment facility and other housing on the Doors of Hope campus while enjoying light refreshments.
