Job Fair Tuesday: 18 Employers, 400 Positions
The Goodwill Career Solutions center at 2955 S. Church St. in Murfreesboro will host a job fair from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. on Tuesday, March 12, for 18 employers seeking to fill more than 400 positions in Rutherford and surrounding counties.
Employers include Goodwill, Randstad, Waffle House, BCS Service, Cameron Search & Staffing, Onin Staffing, Bojangles’ Restaurants, Area Wide Protective, NAOS Staffing, Universal Logistics, Speedway LLC, InSource, Diverse Staffing, Lewis Bakeries, Lingo Staffing, SourceMaster, Senior Solutions Home Care and Traditions of Smyrna.
Openings include warehouse, packaging, electronic repair tech, forklift, reach truck, welder, press operator, call center, server, grill operator, restaurant manager, housekeeping, traffic control specialist, general labor and other positions. Rates of pay reach $21 per hour.
Representatives from these employers will be on-site and interviews are possible, so job-seekers should dress for success. Job candidates are encouraged to bring a resume, photo ID and their Social Security card or birth certificate.
