Las Trojas Cantina officially opened its new Murfreesboro location at 3105 Medical Center Parkway with a soft launch on November 3rd and celebrated with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on November 17th at 11am. The grand opening drew a full house, complete with a live mariachi band and festive atmosphere, as the restaurant strove to share its “bold, unforgettable Mexican flavors” with the community. Inside, patrons can enjoy signature dishes like fajitas, enchiladas, birria tacos, and more, along with the house-specialty drink, the “Margarona,” a margarita topped with an upside-down Corona for a fizzy, flavorful twist. Spacious enough for large groups with room for more than 260 guests, 22 TVs for sports, two private dining rooms, and a 26-seat bar, Las Trojas Cantina in Murfreesboro appears well positioned to become a new favorite gathering spot for locals, families, and fans of Mexican cuisine alike.
