Liberty’s Station Kicks Off Monthly Recipe for Hope Series
Featuring Hell’s Kitchen Season 21 Winner Chef Alex Belew’s Signature Grilled Cheese
Liberty’s Station is thrilled to announce the launch of its Recipe for Hope series, beginning December 4th through December 7th. This month’s featured recipe is the signature grilled cheese by none other than Chef Alex Belew, winner of Hell’s Kitchen Season 21.
The special Birria grilled cheese sandwich made with slow braised Mexican beef, pepper jack cheese and consommé will run daily while supplies last, offering a delicious opportunity to experience a taste of culinary excellence while supporting Liberty’s Station’s mission of providing meaningful job training and employment opportunities for individuals with employment obstacles.
Alex Belew is a proud supporter of Liberty’s Station. In 2023, he hosted a fundraiser benefiting Liberty’s Station called On The Square with ALEX during a Friday Night Live concert in partnership with Josh Reynolds of Square Wheels and the Boro Collective.

January 8-11 will feature Chef Jason Matheson DOUBLE DECKER GRILLED CHEESE BLT made with Swiss, American and Provolone cheeses, Benton’s bacon, mayo, lettuce and tomato.
