Major Vanderbilt Hospital Expansion Coming to Murfreesboro
Big news for Murfreesboro. We have an update on the new Vanderbilt hospital campus currently under construction near Veterans Parkway and Interstate 840, right behind the future Wawa gas station.
In this update, we break down Vanderbilt's three-phase development plan, including a new doctor's office building, a 60-bed hospital, hundreds of parking spaces, future hospital expansions, and a dedicated children's hospital.
Phase 1 includes:
- Doctor's office building
- 60-bed hospital
- 500 parking spaces
Phase 2 includes:
- Additional 90-120 hospital beds
- Parking garage
Phase 3 includes:
- 75-bed children's hospital
- Additional parking garage
