Mayor McFarland delivers ‘State of the City’ beginning March 21

Mayor McFarland addresses accomplishments and challenges in managing a growing city, particularly infrastructure needs and costs. Among the key highlights of the interview:
- The Community Investment Trust providing proceeds to the City from the sale of the MED
- Downtown Redevelopment, including daylighting Town Creek for a future park and Broad Street multiuse re-development
