Mickale Murphy obituary
Mickale Steven Murphy, Sr., age 67 of Hartsville, TN died Saturday, November 20, 2021, at Alive Hospice, Nashville. He was a native of Nashville and was the son of the late Joe Thomas Murphy and Bettie Sue Walker Murphy.
Survivors include his wife of 42 years, Sherry Murphy; sons, Mickale Steven Murphy, Jr. of Chapel Hill, and Granville Joe Murphy of Lebanon; a daughter, Ashley Huffman of Nashville; grandchildren, Jennifer, Trey, Kordale, Nadia and Damian; brother, Thomas Murphy of Decherd; sisters, Bettie Jo Shearer and husband Danny of Atlanta, and Linda Morris of Decherd; and a host of other loving family and friends.
Mr. Murphy was a loving father and grandfather. He owned Trousdale Small Engine Repair, a family-owned business for which he was proud to work alongside his sons.
Visitation will be 4:00 until 8:00 pm Friday, November 26, 2021, at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna. Graveside services will be held 2:00 pm Saturday at Carlton Cemetery in Rockvale with Bro. Tracey Lovell officiating. Family will serve as pallbearers.
