MTSU Helps Students Find Mental Health Support Through Campus Programs
Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) is working to break the stigma surrounding mental health by connecting students with valuable resources both on and off campus.
Through mental health awareness events, suicide prevention resources, interactive activities, and the Green Bandana Project, MTSU is making it easier for students to find support when they need it most.
The Green Bandana Project trains fellow Blue Raiders to serve as a support system, helping students connect with available mental health services.
In this report, MTSU's Carly Sutton takes a closer look at how the university is encouraging conversations about mental health and reminding students they don't have to face life's challenges alone.
