New Construction Update on South Church Street in Murfreesboro

We have a new construction update for you in Murfreesboro. This three-unit retail building is located behind Wendy’s on South Church Street, next to Aldi and near the new Walmart, just minutes from both downtown and Shelbyville.

Here is what is planned for each space:

The first unit will be a Sherwin Williams. The second unit in the middle is expected to be a barber shop. I was told it could possibly be a Sports Clips or Great Clips style concept, but that has not been officially confirmed. The third unit on the far end is planned to be a sandwich shop, though no specific name has been provided yet.

At this time, there are no official opening dates. As we all know, the final phase of construction can take longer than expected, and timelines can shift. As soon as more details are available, I will share another update.
