New Huge Event Venue and Restaurant Coming to Murfreesboro
Big changes are coming to the corner of Medical Center Parkway and Gateway Boulevard in Murfreesboro. The city has officially approved the sale of 8.5 acres of this 20-acre property for a brand-new event venue and restaurant project.
The new venue is expected to hold around 650 people, making it one of the largest event spaces in Rutherford County. Plans currently include a roughly 17,000-square-foot development featuring both the event venue and restaurant.
The project is being developed by Shawn and Christy Hackinson, owners of Alley on Main and 1 of 19 Cocktails on the Murfreesboro Square.
