Oakland High School Student Awarded “Distinguished Tennessean Award”
Oakland High School IB program Senior, Emma Jackson has been awarded The University of Tennessee’s new “Distinguished Tennessean Award.” This award is given to one student in each of Tennessee’s counties and is based on academic achievement and engagement in the community. The award comes with full tuition and mandatory fees covered while attending UT!
