The Rotary Club of Murfreesboro awards the Past District Governors’ Scholarship to Oakland High School Graduate Kiley Dibble

Tuesday was such a wonderful day at the Rotary Club of Murfreesboro. Becci Bookner presented Kiley Dibble with Oakland’s very first Past District Governors’ Scholarship. Kiley will use this gift as a freshman at UT Knoxville this fall.
