Rutherford County Summer School begins June 2

Enrollment starting May 27, Blackman High School

Rutherford County Summer School begins June 2 for grades 9-12.

First semester courses take place from June 2 – June 24, and second semester courses begin June 27 – July 22. Classes are Monday – Friday.

Both semesters of summer school will be offered at Blackman High School, which includes a morning session and afternoon session. Morning sessions will take place from 7:30-11:00 a.m. and afternoon sessions are from 12:00-3:30 p.m.

For those interested in registration, enrollment will open on May 27 from 4:00-7:00 p.m. at Blackman High School, and again on May 31 from 9:00-12:00 a.m. There will be a fee of $100 per half credit**.

Summer school graduation will be July 29, 2022 at Blackman High School, beginning at 6 p.m. A mandatory rehearsal begins at 9:00 a.m.

** Cash, Cashier’s Check, or Money Order payable to Rutherford County Board of Education. Payment may be paid online at the site when student registers. There is a 2.5% fee (minimum of $2.00) charged to the credit card user. No personal checks will be accepted.
