Siegel High School Band makes history

The Siegel High School Marching Band made history last Friday night, November 9th as they became the first band to represent Rutherford County at the Bands of America Grand National Championship. The Siegel Band competed against 107 high school bands and approximately 20,000 band students from across the country in the 3-day event at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, IN. The band earned its first national ranking, finishing 39th overall and 12th in Class AAA (schools of similar size) in the National competition.
