Stephanie Brackman Named President of the Tennessee Chamber of Commerce Executives
Rutherford County Chamber of Commerce Chief Operating Officer Stephanie Brackman has been named President of Tennessee Chamber of Commerce Executives (TCCE) for a one-year term.
“It is an honor to serve as TCCE President this year,” said Stephanie Brackman. “Chambers across our great state are working harder than ever to bring economic development and quality of life to all residents, and I am appreciative for the opportunity to lead.”
The primary goal of TCCE is to provide quality professional development, networking, resource exchange opportunities and grassroots advocacy for Chamber professionals across the State of Tennessee.
“I look forward to working with Stephanie through the Chamber of Commerce Executives organization,” said Suzie Lusk, vice president of events and external affairs with the Tennessee Chamber of Commerce & Industry. “Stephanie has been involved with TCCE for years through teaching at TCCE Institute along with serving on the board for the past 5 years—she brings knowledge, enthusiasm and her leadership skills to the organization.”
Stephanie Brackman joined the Chamber staff in 1999. After graduating with a bachelor’s in psychology and master’s in education from the University of Tennessee, Brackman worked for Whittle Communications in Knoxville for six years.
She then came to Rutherford County and worked at Middle Tennessee State University for six years on special projects for the Athletic Department and the President’s Office. She is a graduate of the Institute of Organization Management, Leadership Middle Tennessee and Leadership Rutherford.
