The Summer Party at Oaklands Mansion
Join friends and neighbors at Oaklands Mansion on Friday evening, July 19 th at 6:30 PM for The Summer Party. Uncle Bud’s will be serving southern fried chicken and catfish, both on the grounds and in the Maney Hall ballroom! Mouth-watering desserts will be provided by Goodness Gracious Café at The Readyville Mill. In addition to great food and desserts, guests will enjoy a full bar courtesy of Murfreesboro Wine and Spirits. Signature summer cocktails will be hand crafted by our friends from Prichard’s Distillery.
“The Summer Party is a fun, casual evening with traditional southern food, friends, neighbors and live music all served-up on the front lawn of the beautiful and historic Oaklands Mansion” said James Manning, Executive Director. “If you had rather beat the heat, the air-conditioned seating in Maney Hall ballroom is just for you! Parchcorn Rum Runners, a local band named for their location on Short Mountain, will sing and play the night away!
