Susan Manuel Quibodeaux obituary

Mrs. Susan Manuel Quibodeaux, age 75, of Smyrna, TN passed away Monday, February 7, 2022. She was born in Oakdale, LA to the late Abraham Manuel, Sr. and AveLee Theresa David Vining. Mrs. Quibodeaux worked as a secretary for the City of Murfreesboro and was of the Catholic faith. She enjoyed cooking cajun food, going fishing, and was an enthusiastic LSU fan. Mrs. Quibodeaux was also an avid reader, loved crocheting, and quilting for charity.

Mrs. Quibodeaux is survived by her only child, Paul Quibodeaux and his wife Opie; grandchildren, Alan Gaige Quibodeaux, Ricky and Diana Kammaneephan, Jenny Kammaneephan, and Justin Phasavath; step-mother, Dorothy Mae Manuel; siblings, Dr. David Vining and his wife Mary, Col. Paul Vining and his wife Elaine, Tammy Guilliams and her husband Douglas, Timothy Manuel, Maureen Manuel, Dollie Trahan and her husband Byron, Joe Manuel and his wife Theresa, Abe Manuel, Jr., and Charlotte Stewart; and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond P. Quibodeaux; step-father, Woody Vining; and a sister, Tyrella Ann Manuel.

Visitation with the family will be Saturday, February 12, 2022 from 12:00pm until 1:00pm at Woodfin Memorial Chapel. Funeral services will be held Saturday, February 12, 2022 at 1:00pm at Woodfin Memorial Chapel.
