TDK Companies Breaks Ground on Vintage 1959 in Murfreesboro
Mixed-use development to feature luxury residences, retail, and office space
TDK Companies has officially broken ground on Vintage 1959, an $84 million upscale mixed-use community that will bring 232 residences, three office suites, and more than 17,000 square feet of retail.
“Vintage 1959 honors the year of our founding while carrying forward our legacy of building communities that stand the test of time,” said John Keach, Co-CEO and Principal of TDK Companies. “More than a housing development, it’s a lifestyle. By blending residential, office, and retail spaces with walkable access to restaurants and shopping, we’re creating a pedestrian-friendly environment designed for connection and convenience. We believe this is the future of multifamily communities.”
Strategically located off Medical Center Parkway, Vintage 1959 will connect to The Exchange, a destination anchored by Char, Trader Joe’s, and additional restaurant and office offerings. The project underscores Murfreesboro’s rapid growth, driven by strong job creation and a reputation as one of Tennessee’s most desirable places to live.

Financing and Partnerships
Pinnacle Financial Partners is serving as lead lender on the project, providing a $49 million construction loan. Bluecrest Residential and Keach Investments, an investment arm of TDK Companies, are the equity partners. Pre-leasing is expected to begin in winter 2026.
