Teen Citizens Police Academy Summer Session

The Teen Citizens Police Academy (TCPA) is an educational and informative program modeled after the Murfreesboro Citizens Police Academy. TCPA is designed to give young people the opportunity to learn about the Murfreesboro Police Department and its operations. The teen academy also gives the department an opportunity to interact with teens within the community and solicit their feedback and ideas through discussion of relevant issues. Through this free six-week academy, students will acquire knowledge and understanding of the functions and responsibilities of individuals providing law enforcement services in the City of Murfreesboro. A one-week condensed course is held during the Summer.
