100 Women Who Care RC Generosity Surpasses $100,000 Milestone

On April 30th, Rutherford’s County chapter of 100 Women Who Care presented The Sweet Addiction with $5805 as their 2nd Q recipient for 2024.

Missy Lay shared,” My business, Wild Goose Chase Events, has planned an event to help them raise funds for their mission. We have also used them for catering for other events. It means a lot to see their mission fulfilled, and as a member of 100 WWC, I love seeing our contributions make an impact in our own community. ”

This group has given away over $100,000 to 13 different non-profits in Rutherford County since 2020.
Originating in Jackson, MI in 2006, this distinctive philanthropic initiative has organically expanded to over 500 chapters globally, including Greater Nashville, Cannon County, and Williamson County. As Rutherford County continues to grow, the founding chapter members hope to gather at least 100 women to participate to make a large IMPACT in the non-profit community that serves Rutherford county.

The next meeting will be held on July 15th at 5:30pm at The Warehouse located at 730 Middle Tennessee Blvd STE 14, Murfreesboro, TN. If anyone is interested in learning more about this local chapter, visit RCWomenWhoCare.com or check out their Facebook and LinkedIn pages.
