16,000 New Homes Coming Near La Vergne, Smyrna and Middle Tennessee
Major residential growth is already underway around the Blair Road and Waldron Road area.
Within roughly a three-mile radius, portions of Davidson County, Williamson County, Smyrna, La Vergne and surrounding unincorporated areas could see approximately 16,000 new homes. Most of the development is expected to be single-family housing, along with a couple of apartment developments and several townhome communities.
Construction has already started, with the overall buildout expected to continue through approximately 2030 or 2031.
