Murfreesboro’s Massive Keystone Project Gets the Green Light

Big news for Murfreesboro! The massive Keystone Project officially got the green light from City Council and it’s about to completely transform the area between Church Street and Vine Street in downtown Murfreesboro.

Here’s what’s coming:

  • Phase 1: 239 multifamily units
  • Phase 2: 100 condominiums + 3,000 sq. ft. of retail space
  • Phase 3: A new 115-room hotel + 7,100 sq. ft. of retail

Most of the existing buildings are already vacant, but WGNS Radio and a few city offices will be relocating soon as construction prep begins. Developers have until March 1st to finalize everything before work officially kicks off along with city infrastructure upgrades to support the new development.

This project is one of the biggest downtown transformations Murfreesboro has ever seen and it’s moving fast!
